Airflown Direct From Japan We airflown our fresh food items
such as seasonal fish, Vegetable and fruit from Japan on
every Tuesdays and Fridays
The
catch of the day are packed and airflown on the same
day direct from the Japanese fish markets. Upon
arrival, it is chilled and despatched out on the
same day for delivery to customers. It is carefully
packed in polystyrene boxes with cold packs, which
allows the seafood to retain the chilled
sea-freshness as if you are consuming them in Japan

We also carry frozen items such as sashimi grade Ama
Ebi (sweet shrimps), Saba (mackereal), Hotate
Kabashira (Scallops), Edamame (soy beans) to
complete your full cravings for home prepared
Japanese cuisine. Freshness of these frozen items
are maintained by minimising the time being
processed and frozen either on board the ship or our
supplier factory. The frozen stock are stored in
state-of-the-art facilities, with huge tonnage
capacities and temperature controlled at a constant
-20o C. Our delivery frozen seafood is a popular
purchase via the website or by mail order telephone
sales. It leaves our warehouse frozen, packed within
polystyrene boxes and cool-packs. This will ensure
it arrives as freshly as possible to the customer.
