Corporation was formed by incorporating the law firm of
Ganesh & Colin, which had been established in 1 October
2000.
Colin Kang and Premchand Soman were the founding directors
of EALC. After Colin’s untimely death on 5 December 2007 at
the age of 34, Prem’s wife - Kasturibai Manickam - joined
EALC as a director. Prem and Kast presently head the
practice.
Realism and flexibility are the cornerstones of our
practice. We understand adversity – in fact, both Colin and
Prem suffered from serious illnesses and founded this
practice to allow them the flexibility needed to practice
law.
We give our client a frank appraisal of the legal issues
involved in their matters and offer realistic solutions. We
also recognize that clients have differing financial means
and aim to provide flexible and affordable payment schemes.
