Planning and execution of security programmes
Invite, evaluate and advise on quotations, tenders
and appointment of security companies, personnel and
tradesmen
Supervision of security personnel to ensure that
duties are performed according to requirements
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Advice on, and compliance with, the Buildings
Maintenance & Strata Management
Act (BMSMA), and the Land Titles (Strata) Act (LTSA)
Assistance in upholding all rules and regulations
with regards to the property
Notification and advice on all changes relating to
regulations on property

Risk and Safety Management
Advice on insurance against fire, third party
liability and other risks
