Gold AntiTarnish
The ST2 is an effective sealing agent for Nickel /
Gold Process. Its thin layer of < 10 ? does not
affect electrical conductivity and solder
wettability. It has excellent pin hole corrosion
resistance by forming a uniform anti-corrosion
layer. It does not cause discoloration or stains on
the finished surface. Suitable for use on
R2R Flex Circuit
The Laminar E-9300 series is widely applied in High
Density Boards or Flexible Circuitry and in Roll to
Roll applications for print & etch, tent & etch and
plating.
IMMERSION SILVER
The Immersion Silver RS is a displacement process of
silver replacing the copper in an immersion
reaction. The process comes with a standard
pretreatment, pre-dip (RS-B), Immersion Silver (RS-A
+ RS-B) followed by post treatment (RS-CT). It
operates in low temperature which has no effect on
the substrate or the soldermask.
ENEPIG
The ENEPIG process has received renewed interest
with its potential to overcome the limitations of
the ENIG process. The KG series with Palladium is
compatible for Lead Free Solderability, Wire Bonding
and Contact Resistance Applications. It is a unique
surface finish that exhibits high solder joint
reliability.
