Medianetwork Singapore has picked up the $ 2.4
million media account for retailer Dairy Farm
International, whose business encompasses Cold
Storage Supermarkets, Guardian Pharmacies and 7-11
stores, following a four-way pitch against
MindShare, Dentsu Young & Rubicam and Zenith.
J. Walter Thompson won the creative business for
Dairy Farm International in a separate, recent
pitch.
Previously, the media business was handled on a
brand-by-brand basis with DY&R handling Cold
Storage, while Bates had the 7-11 account, and
Publicis/Eureka the Guardian brand.
Mark Austin, regional director of CIA in Asia

only' pitch that has been held in Singapore for at
