Our firm
was started in 1986 and is currently helmed by four
directors - Mr. Chong Kuan Keong; Mr. Lim Lian Kee;
Mr. Tai Chean Ming and Mr. Tan Joo Seng. Each of
them have over fifteen years of experience in legal
practice.

purchase of land, flats, houses and condominiums;
the sub division of titles and mortgages. In many

institutions as well as the purchasers or sellers.
Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication and
Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Our directors have experience in handling all types
of legal actions from debt collection claims to
commercial and corporate disputes. They have dealt
with legal actions at all the available forums for
litigation and dispute resolution – court dispute
resolution, mediation, arbitration, adjudication,
strata titles board, Subordinate Courts, Supreme
Courts and the Court of Appeal.
Construction and Engineering.
Our directors are very experienced in the filed of
construction and engineering law. One of our
directors holds a degree in Civil Engineering. We
have been involved in both contentious and
non-contentious aspects of construction and
engineering law. Our practice includes drafting and
reviewing construction contracts; advising on
contract management issues; assisting and advising
in mediation and settlement of disputes; acting as
counsel in disputes involving interpretation of
contracts; claims under CAR policy; claims for
extension of time, delays, liquidated damages,
defects, variations, work done, under certification
and defective design and representing our clients in
criminal summonses for breaches in regulations.
