SDE Standard Indonesian Rubber
The SDE SIR-10 and SIR-20 crumb rubber is renowned

to one of the most sophisticatedly controlled
pre-drying process in the industry.

The patented Deorub Liquid Smoke objectively reduces
the odor emitted during the processing of natural
rubber, and it greatly cuts down the putrid odor
present in coagulated natural rubber, when used in
accordance to the patented application procedure.
In studies conducted by Sembawa Rubber Research
Station, Deorub Liquid Smoke has consistently proven
excellent in performance and benefits over
traditional rubber processing method in the
following applications:
1 as coagulant for field latex.
2 as odor suppressor in rubber processing and raw
material storage.
3 as alternative to smoking in ribbed smoke sheet (RSS)
processing.
GMP Wood Free Packaging System For Natural Rubber
Replacing the conventional wooden shrink-wrapped
pallets and wooden crates for containerized and
break-bulk shipping of natural rubber. All GMP
product designs are worldwide patent pending.
