If you are in a critical situation and need priority
service, Net Shield can provide technical on-site
support to help you with all of your hardware,
software and application issues (see Terms of
Service). Our technical support personnel are
knowledgeable in all Net Shield products and their
applications and will be able to:
Reduce your down time (case-by-case basis)
Reduce the risk your IT infrastructure to your
business processes
Provide application level consulting (see Terms of
Service)
Once on-site, our technical support personnel will:
Focus on the diagnosing your problem(s)
Recommend a course of action before any work
commences
Attempt to find a resolution or work-around as
quickly as possible (case-by-case basis)
If a resolution or work-around is not possible
on-site, our technical support personnel will return
to Net Shield’s Technical Response Centre and use
the internal technical resources to resolve the
issue(s) and then deploy the result to you.
Our technical support engineer can be on-site on the
next business day or within 4 hours (extra charges
apply) after Net Shield receives your request. You
may also schedule a visit from our technical support
personnel to perform quarterly PC maintenance or to
offer additional services for an upcoming phase in
your IT Infrastructure.
