Enabled Living Ltd (CEL) was conceived by the Ministry of
Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) as part of
the national care network to coordinate care for persons
needing care

Centre improves accessibility to elderly and
disability care programmes by centralising referral
services and matching them to the specific needs of
individuals. To further enable persons needing care
to lead dignified lives, CEL aims to raise public
awareness for a more inclusive environment and
