With CCNhub’s Consol Manifest module, Freight
Forwarders will be able to send master level (FWB)
and house level (FHL) information to the airlines in
compliance with the Customs of the following

1. FLIGHT SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY REQUESTS
You can conveniently send flight schedule and
availability requests to one or more carriers. From
there, the system allows you to make a direct
booking by bringing you to the booking screen with
relevant information populated with just a click of
a button on the desired flight schedule.
2. ELECTRONIC BOOKINGS
3 types of e-booking functions available:
Single Booking: mainly for ad-hoc shipment space
reservation.
Multiple Booking: enables the booking of cargo space
(up to 30 Air Waybills) on different airlines and
different flights, all within a single screen.
Spreadsheet Booking: allows multiple bookings with
multiple airlines by conveniently importing booking
data from your own in-house system into CCNhub.
3. ALLOTMENT MANAGEMENT AND BOOKING
You can easily manage your allocated cargo space
from multiple airlines. Bookings can be made against
your allotments with all relevant information
auto-populated into your booking request. Allotments
will be automatically updated only when bookings are
confirmed.
4. TRACK & TRACE
Track statuses for up to 30 cargo shipments on
different airlines all at once with just one click.
5. AIR WAYBILL STOCK MANAGEMENT & PRINTING
Neutral Air Waybill stock can be requested (by
agents) and assigned (by airlines) electronically.
CCNhub will automatically update the stock status
when the stock is used to book a shipment.
Air Waybill records can be created, printed and sent
to airlines using the AWB Printing function.
6. CONSOL MANIFEST
According to the United States Bureau of Customs and
Border Patrol’s (US CBP) final ruling for required
electronic presentation of Cargo Information, consol
manifest (FHL) information for all US bound
shipments have to be submitted for pre-clearance.
CCNhub allows you to submit such information
electronically to the airlines for onward submission
to US CBP.
For added convenience and minimal data entry,
information that is required for FHL submission can
be automatically extracted from the HAWB, if the
HAWB is prepared in CCNhub.
