Cutting and Routing Services
Using our State-of-the-Art Laser and Routing
Machines, we are able to cut acrylic to great
accuracy both in size and angle, giving customers
acrylic products that meet their specifications.
Milling Services
To produce product display rack or product casing to

could easily mill half setting holes to the size of
the product.
Polishing Services
After cutting to shape, the edges of acrylic are
usually dull and yellowish, giving people a "cheap"
feeling. Knowing the concern of our customers, we
were among the first to bring the Diamond Polishing
Machine into Singapore, giving our customer a
shining and smooth finishing on their acrylic
products, adding value and improving the aesthetic
look to our customers' products and brand.
Bonding Services
To ensure high quality joints, all product joints
are well aligned and reinforced. To remove the ugly
traces of glue stains and bubbles trapped, we
imported our in-house Bond-PLEXI-CLEAR suitably use
on thinner materials and production on large volume
, it minimus glue stains and bubble traps on joints
and save cost & time compared to UV Bond, which is
meant to apply on thick Acrylic and constrained time
on curing. PLEXI-CLEAR bond is odorless, unlike
other bonds that will disseminate a pungent after
smell.
Shape Forming
Our highly skilled worker could manually bend
acrylic to an acceptable shape and angle, to the
satisfaction of our customers.
Packaging
To minimise damages to the finished product, we
provide customised packaging for customers. For
special requirement, vacuum technique could be used
to form different type of shapes.
Material Supplies
We provide UV enhance Acrylic material to ensure
there will be no chemical effect when in contact
with products (e.g. fragrance products) UV enhance
material also help prolongs of clarity preventing
fading or turn yellowish faster than any other
normal material. Our Material thickness tolerance is
kept to the minimum, to provide evenness effect when
products is place in line produced
