Balley Business Development Co. Ltd established in
1991 focused on the distribution of tissue products
in Hong Kong.
Riverland Paper (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd established in
1990 focused on production and sales of all kinds of
tissue products in Shenzhen, China.
Balley Paper Mills (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd - established
in 2004 located at the Jiangmen Energy Saving Paper
Manufacturing Zone, Shuangshui Town, Xinhui
District, Jiangmen City. The site is 50 acres with
steady supply of economical steam, water and
electricity from the nearby energy electricity
plant. The mills is granted a production capacity of
30,000 mts per year for tissue paper under 2 phases.
The first phase of 10,000 mt capacity per year with
4 x 2400 model tissue paper machines are fully
operated at second half 2008. Whilst the completion
of 30,000 mts is scheduled at the year 2010.
The raw materials are using 100% virgin pulp for the
production of white tissue paper from 13g/m2 to
30g/m2, 1-3 ply with machine trim 2600mm to 2660mm.
We produce quality tissue for handkerchief, facial,
toilet, napkin, diaper, kitchen towel and etc.
