Director of Tiong Seng Contractors (PTE) Ltd (which
is one of the largest Public listed construction
Company in Singapore) and also the immediate past
President of Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL),
Mr. Richard Cheng, a Director of Environ
Construction and also member of SCAL and Mr. Sonny
Aswani, a Director of Tolaram Group and Singapore
Ambassador to Estonia.
